It’s been three long years. The last time we hosted JTL Connect was in 2019, the fifth time. That’s why we’re so excited to finally bring back our eCommerce event on September 16, 2022. For us, this means that we can once again engage directly with you, our customers, partners, interested parties and our community! To keep the event fresh for Connect veterans, we’re coming up with lots of new features and some favorites.
What is JTL Connect?
If you only joined us during the pandemic, you may not yet be familiar with JTL Connect. This is an eCommerce trade fair that we organize ourselves. As such, the product focus is on our own solutions. However, as we have a wide range of partners, everyone – from industry newcomers to old hands – will find lots of exciting and relevant content. This year, you can look forward to 70 exhibitors and over 50 specialist presentations at the XPOST event location in the heart of Cologne. And as in previous years, we can proudly say that the upcoming JTL Connect will be the biggest event we have ever organized!
What can you experience at JTL Connect?
We expect around 2,000 visitors to attend specialist presentations, gather information on retail-related solutions at the exhibitor stands and exchange ideas with other visitors. Some of our products also lend themselves to tangible demonstrations – our warehouse solution JTL-WMS, for example. In the JTL-WMS demo warehouse, you can expect bulging shelves from which you can use our software to pick and pack your own goodie bag and send it to your home address.
After all the concentrated expertise and networking, we traditionally conclude the event with a lavish party. Clear the stage for our after-show party! This year we are bringing back a real fan favorite: Europe’s largest party ship, the OCEANDIVA. We’ll cruise the Rhine together, enjoy the great atmosphere and round off the day with cool beats, a live band and delicious drinks. But that’s not all …
Before JTL Connect: Networking and expertise at its best
JTL-Academy Day
We keep receiving requests for live workshops with our own experts, especially as part of JTL Connect. That’s why the JTL Academy Day will be held for the first time in 2022 in the XPOST Cologne seminar rooms. Our motto: We turn beginners into professionals and professionals into champions!
On September 15, the day before the trade fair, you can choose from five different rooms and topics in three sessions of one and a half hours each. Our speakers are all in-house JTL experts, including product owners, developers and supporters as well as SEO and SEA experts and our chief designer. The variety of topics is correspondingly diverse: tips and tricks for our shop system JTL-Shop 5, training for more marketplace power, deep secrets of the database, template customization, corporate design and search engine marketing are just a small preview of the listing. However, the goal is always clear: in the end, you should know exactly how to get the most out of your business with our solutions.
But watch out: Places are very limited! After all, workshops with huge numbers of participants are rarely productive, as the saying goes: “Too many cooks spoil the broth.” That’s why you have to decide when booking your ticket whether you want to take advantage of our workshop listing and book it accordingly. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book at a later date. The additional ticket for the JTL Academy Day is available for just 9 euros (plus VAT). In return, we will provide you with exciting insider tips as well as snacks and drinks for refreshment in between.

JTL-PreConnect - already sold out!
With the JTL-PreConnect we invite you to a small after-show party after the workshops in the vaulted cellar of the Cologne X-POST. It is open to all early arrivals. If you want to get in the mood for the trade fair the evening before, make your first contacts or meet up with old friends, this is the place to be. Add relaxed music and you have all the important ingredients for the perfect JTL Connect atmosphere. This get-together has been very popular in previous years – and this year’s tickets were already sold out before we were able to publish this blog post. All the more reason to hurry for the remaining tickets!
