Webinars

Our interactive webinars provide interesting information on the operation and best practices of our software. They last approx. 45 to 60 minutes and offer you the opportunity to ask our speakers questions directly. Many webinars are recorded and later made available on-demand.

Video tutorials

We offer numerous video tutorials to guide you through the use of our products. For new sellers, there is the “At a glance” and “First steps” series. Newcomers will find some migration videos and process optimizers can get to know workflows and Ameise.

In his online course “Getting started in eCommerce with JTL software”, JTL Training Manager Manuel Mälzner explains step by step how to get started in online business. The continuously expanded course offer includes numerous video lessons and extensive accompanying material – all completely free of charge.

With the JTL-IssueTracker (in German), you can actively help shape the development of our software. Use the publicly visible tickets and comments to contribute your opinions, ideas and improvement requests.

You can also vote for existing tickets that our developers should prioritize for implementation. Our customers’ input has always had a decisive influence on JTL’s solution portfolio.

Support & Services

Support: Each bookable software package for ERP & sales (JTL editions) and warehouse management (WMS editions) is assigned a specific support level. If you are using a fee-based edition, you can report errors in the software via a ticket. In higher editions, you also benefit from shorter response times or telephone support and callback service.

Services: JTL offers consulting, installation and migration services. In any case, it is worth calling our consulting team, who will be happy to show you further options.

Project support

JTL’s network of service partners provides close support for projects.

As part of such support, many partners also offer training courses directly at your company. Alternatively, your service partner can request discounted participation in a JTL training course for you.
