First way

Find a partner in the directory

JTL-Software works together with over [keydata_servicepartner] service partners who are there to support and develop your e-business. In our partner directory, you can make a preselection based on your requirements for the JTL products listed. And then select the partner that is right for you – primarily in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Tip 1: Define search criteria

The more precisely you enter your project requirements in our service partner search, the better your automated recommendation will be. You will find a tool tip for each search criterion.

Tip 2: Analyze partner profile

Then compare potential service partners by taking a look at their company portrait. There you will find a lot of information about the partner clearly arranged so that you can gain a meaningful impression.

Tip 3: Don't just search in the region

Make sure that geographical proximity is not your only decision criterion. Many service partners are willing to travel and may be more familiar with the requirements of your project than the partner next door.

Tip 4: Work with several partners

As the JTL product portfolio is very extensive, it may be better to combine the expertise of several service partners for larger projects. This gives you expertise in all areas. You should therefore also check the partners’ company profiles for their cooperations.

Another way of “finding partners” is our now extremely popular project exchange. You describe the goal, scope and budget of your project there and then wait for listings from the service partner landscape. To participate in the project exchange, you need free access to the JTL-Customer Centre.

Which partner is right for my project?

Your project is complex. Or there seem to be several possible partners. It can also happen that the service partner of your choice is fully booked for the next few months – now you are looking for a suitable alternative.

We are happy to provide you with a personal partner recommendation in such cases. And for larger projects, we will also have our integration team check your project requirements.
