The professional warehouse solution JTL-WMS is not included in JTL-Wawi, but is an optional and needs-based supplement to merchandise management. We offer JTL-WMS in four editions with a differentiated range of services. These preconfigured software packages contain everything you need to efficiently organize warehousing and shipping tasks according to your company’s individual requirements.
JTL-Wawi is technically required to use JTL-WMS. However, JTL-Wawi only runs in the background and is only required for basic administrative tasks – in day-to-day warehouse operations, your team works exclusively with JTL-WMS. You can therefore effectively use JTL-WMS as a self-sufficient warehouse solution without your employees having to actively work with the Wawi. Via open interfaces and certified partner connectors, you can flexibly integrate other ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Sage or weclapp and control sales orders, stocks, goods receipt and goods issue with JTL-WMS. Your ERP system remains leading, JTL-WMS optimizes and automates your warehouse processes.

You can use the warehouse management software free of charge in the WMS Start edition – with one included user and up to 500 sales orders per month. From WMS Advanced, you have the option of booking additional users for €119 per month, processing an unlimited number of sales orders and using the WMS Mobile app. Higher editions from €349 provide you with an extended range of functions with additional order preparation and automation processes to handle even complex warehouse processes with the best possible efficiency.
JTL-Wawi’s warehouse and shipping functions are sufficient for small and well-stocked warehouses. As soon as your warehouse becomes larger and more “chaotic”, we recommend a warehouse management system such as JTL-WMS.
