AI Human Assist, AI Service Agent (GREYHOUND) and AI Repricing (Dealavo) are already in use today. AI Return Reduction (Returnless) is currently under development and will be released soon.

No. All AI features are part of the JTL ecosystem and are therefore integrated into the JTL infrastructure. They are built to deliver immediate value without a large setup budget or specialist IT knowledge. You don’t need a separate API key for OpenAI or similar, and you don’t need to configure any external tools.

Yes. All JTL AI services are GDPR-compliant: your data is not used for training AI models, is not shared with third parties, and is used exclusively to respond to your specific requests.

For GREYHOUND AI and Repricing AI powered by Dealavo, the JTL-Wawi integration is recommended but not strictly required in all cases. Our team of experts will be happy to advise you.

Agentic commerce refers to a new form of online shopping in which AI agents from ChatGPT, Google Gemini or Microsoft Copilot autonomously browse online offers and buy products on behalf of consumers. Stores that are not taken into account by the AI agents will lose traffic and sales in the future. JTL is actively working on connecting its infrastructure with the major AI platforms.
