In the portal you will find fulfillment service providers with regional and international warehouse locations as well as various shipping services – including Express Shipping, temperature-controlled logistics, Amazon Prime, Pre-FBA, eBay Plus and more.
You can find suitable providers via the warehouse search or the matching service in the online portal and contact them directly. You then agree the terms of the contract individually via external channels (e.g. email or telephone). The technical integration takes place via REST API, plugin or CSV – depending on the eCommerce system. The fulfillment interface is already included in JTL-Wawi. After a successful connection, the data exchange for sales orders and stocks runs automatically.
Yes, you can use any number of national and international service providers in parallel and manage them centrally via the fulfillment interface – ideal for benefiting from different services and locations.
The JTL-Fulfillment Network is free of charge for retailers. You only pay for the services that you agree directly with your fulfillment partner – with no hidden fees. If you use the eCommerce fulfillment software in JTL-Wawi, your tariff depends on the selected JTL edition – the interface is included already from the free JTL-Start edition.
With the JTL Fulfillment Matchmaker, you can find suitable fulfillment service providers free of charge and without registration: You define your requirements online – for example, for warehouse, shipping quantity or service – receive concrete listings within 72 hours and then decide freely on the cooperation.
JTL-Shop is directly linked to the fulfillment network via JTL-Wawi. Ready-made plugins or connectors are available for other store systems – such as Shopify, Shopware, CosmoShop or WooCommerce. If no direct integration is possible, you can alternatively work via CSV or configure the open interface individually.
Yes. If there is not yet a plugin or connector for your system, you can integrate it individually via the open REST API. You can find all technical information in the developer documentation.
