Self-service returns form
Your customers simply start their return via a digital self-service form. Smart rules automate the process and special cases can be checked manually by request. Choose your preferred shipping options

Returns data transmitted to JTL-Wawi
As soon as a return is created, Returnless sends all relevant data to JTL-Wawi (from version 1.10). The pre-announcement gives your warehouse team an accurate overview of incoming returns and expected items. Boxes no longer need to be opened - simply scan the parcel and the appropriate return is automatically called up.

Your customers visit your branded Returnless portal, enter their purchase order ID and email, select the items they want to return, choose a shipping option and submit the form. The return label is created automatically and the returns process starts immediately.

The return form is a fully customizable web form. You decide which fields, questions, brand elements, images and shipping providers are displayed. You can even include conditions, photo uploads, dynamic follow-up questions or store pickup options. If desired, the form can be integrated directly into your website.

Yes, absolutely. Once a customer submits their return and selects a shipping carrier, Returnless automatically creates the appropriate label and provides it to the customer. You no longer have to send labels manually.
