Als Director Customer Service & Support baust du unsere gruppenweite Support- und Customer-Success-Organisation auf und führst sie strategisch. Du verstärkst die Steuerungsebene im Support, füllst die Lücke zwischen operativer Führung und strategischer Gesamtverantwortung und treibst die Transformation von reaktivem On-Premise-Support hin zu proaktivem, Cloud-basiertem Customer Success Management.

Als IT-Manager (w/m/d) führst du ein Team von ca. 5 Personen, steuerst unseren externen IT-Service-Desk (MSP) und treibst die technische Integration mehrerer Konzerngesellschaften in ein gemeinsames Service-Delivery-Modell voran.

The Salesforce Engineer supports JTL’s Go-to-Market organization on the technical side of Salesforce. The role owns everything from Quote onward: the Quote-to-Cash processes in Salesforce and the integrations that connect Salesforce to JTL’s internal and external systems (the customer portal, HubSpot, license management, billing / ERP and related interfaces).
This role is the engineering counterpart and owns Quote-to-Cash in full. It keeps the integrations reliable, develops them further as the business grows, and implements changes cleanly and safely on a live, revenue-critical system. Strong Salesforce expertise is the central requirement.

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Product Marketing Manager (w/m/d), der als lokaler CMO die End-to-End-Verantwortung für das Marketing eines Produktbereichs übernimmt – mit eigenem Budget, eigener Pipeline und viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Von der Positionierung über die Kampagnenstrategie bis zur Content-Erstellung: Du denkst strategisch und packst operativ mit an. Dabei greifst du auf unsere zentralen Shared Services zurück und arbeitest AI-nativ, um schnell und effizient Ergebnisse zu liefern.

Du übernimmst die Ownership der JTL-Gruppen-Website als zentralen Growth- und Conversion-Kanal – nicht als reines Marketing-Asset, sondern als einen der wichtigsten Hebel für unser zukünftiges Wachstum. Du verantwortest Struktur, technische Grundlage, User Journeys und Weiterentwicklung und steuerst SEO sowie GAIO auf Gruppenebene. Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist die Migration aller Produkte und Tochterunternehmen auf die JTL-Domain – ein sehr sichtbares, strategisches Projekt mit direktem Business-Impact.

GREYHOUND is part of the JTL Group and develops powerful solutions for customer service and document management – with a focus on around 1,000 B2C eCommerce customers. Our current tech stack includes Delphi 12 in the GREYHOUND server, React in the web client and PHP 8.x for the customer center around booking and hosting management.
In a dedicated team of 7 people, we work passionately to further develop GREYHOUND technologically and position it even more strongly in our target markets – with the aim of inspiring existing JTL customers and taking customer service to the next level.

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (f/m/d) who not only delivers high-quality design, but also actively shapes the quality and direction of our products. You will further develop existing design systems, introduce sound UX methods into our processes and support other designers in expanding their skills and increasing the overall design quality.
