Shopware ERP integration: Editions & order packages

The JTL-Connector for Shopware 6 is available from the free JTL-Start edition. After downloading JTL-Wawi free of charge, you can get started right away. There are no license costs. You can connect an unlimited number of Shopware shops to JTL-Wawi in parallel – at no surcharge.
Transactions are billed via order packages: Simply choose the right one.

FAQ for the ERP interface for Shopware

Yes, the JTL-Connector for Shopware 6 is operated as Software-as-a-Service on our own servers. JTL takes care of maintenance, updates, monitoring and scaling. The infrastructure ensures a stable, high-performance connection between the ERP system and your Shopware store, which keeps your day-to-day business running smoothly.

The ERP interface can still be used for Shopware 5, but the connector has been discontinued. There is no support, no function or security updates, and compatibility with new JTL-Wawi versions is not guaranteed. Shopware 5 has reached end-of-life in July 2024. We recommend switching to Shopware 6; data can be easily migrated from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6 via JTL-Wawi.

The Shopware ERP integration can be set up by yourself in a short time. Installation of the JTL-Connector and initial setup including initial data synchronization often only take a few hours – depending on the amount of data

The JTL-Connector synchronizes data between your Shopware-Shop and JTL-Wawi bidirectionally: items (descriptions, images, variants, categories), stocks and prices, customers (addresses, contact details) and orders including status. Shopware special fields such as free text fields, SEO metadata and function attributes are also supported. Changes in JTL-Wawi update the shop; sales orders and buyer data flow from the Shopware shop into the ERP system – all in real time.

JTL-Wawi is specially developed for eCommerce. The basis is free of charge (Edition JTL-Start). The included JTL-Connector integrates Shopware seamlessly – without expensive individual developments. PIM, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, checkout, marketplaces, fulfillment and production work together and can be largely automated. Instead of many isolated solutions, you get everything from a single source – supported by certified service partners for every project.

The standard version of the JTL-Connector for Shopware 6 is designed for standard shops. For individual customizations of your Shopware store, you will need a customized connector. Our JTL service partners will support you with the design, implementation and maintenance.
