JTL acquires FFN Connect and expands the JTL fulfillment network with new connection options

Hückelhoven, 13th October 2025 – JTL-Software-GmbH has acquired FFN Connect GmbH, taking an important step toward a more open fulfillment ecosystem in e-commerce. By integrating the FFN Connect solution into the JTL Fulfillment Network, fulfillment service providers in the network will also be able to connect online retailers who do not use JTL products such as JTL-Wawi. What previously required manual effort can now be implemented smoothly.

With FFN Connect, JTL is expanding its fulfillment portfolio beyond its own product range. The SaaS solution connects retailers and fulfillment service providers via a central platform that synchronizes product data, orders, stock levels, and returns in real time, enables automatic order splitting, and offers transparent shipment tracking.

Benefits for fulfillment service providers and retailers

For fulfillment service providers, the integration of FFN Connect opens up the possibility of connecting significantly more retailers digitally and without integration effort. The platform not only makes it possible to offer fulfillment services centrally, from order processing to returns management, but also to create and manage your own retailer accounts. The integrated white label function is particularly exciting. It allows service providers to offer their customers their own individually branded portal. In addition, FFN Connect can be used to define individual rules for orders, allowing many processes to be fully automated.

Retailers also benefit from the acquisition: they gain easy access to the comprehensive network of certified JTL fulfillment service providers without having to use JTL as their ERP system. FFN Connect allows them to manage their fulfillment processes and communication with their service provider centrally, digitally, and in real time. This makes getting started with professional fulfillment particularly straightforward.
