Some questions are answered quickly and easily in the forum. However, our portfolio and the associated options are now so diverse that you would certainly have needed specific help at one time or another – perhaps even on site. In this case, almost 300 JTL service partners are available to provide you with help and advice. On our service partner page, you can search for yourself – filtered by services – and find out about the listings, certifications and references of our service partners. But how do I find the right expert for my requirements? Who has free resources to support me with my JTL project?
As of today, we would like to provide you with a new tool to make your search easier: the JTL Project Exchange. Here you can post your project anonymously and wait to see which service partners send you suitable listings by email. You then decide who you want to contact to discuss further details and conditions. We do not control who concludes which sales orders with whom.
How exactly does the JTL Project Exchange work?
You can access the project exchange via our customer center. You can now post, describe and manage new projects there. These are viewed and shared in advance by JTL software.
Only then do JTL service partners see all registered projects and the services requested in each case, as well as the applicant’s zip code and location. Further customer data remains hidden. If a service partner would like to recommend themselves to you because they have free capacity and the necessary know-how in the requested period, they can send you an email via the project exchange. In addition to the message, this will contain their contact details and a link to their entry on our website. You now decide who you want to contact directly. You can also mark your project as “finished” if no further listings are desired.
