Since version 1.5.6 of JTL-Wawi, you have been able to customize your ERP with the ListView extensions. The feature shows you additional information exactly where you want to see it by integrating SQL code. As the response to our last blog post on this topic was so great, I will now dedicate a separate webinar to individual list views.
Here’s a little foretaste of what I’ll be telling you on December 3 at 2:00 pm.
ListView extensions in JTL-Wawi - what has happened in the last few weeks
The information that you can actively influence the look and feel of your ERP with the ListView extensions or individual list views was very well received by you. We have received a lot of positive feedback over the last six weeks. Our forum has not stood still either: in over 60 threads, you have been busy exchanging ideas with other users and providing each other with the relevant SQL.
Our JTL developers have also helped to provide you with SQL codes that you can use to customize your ERP according to your needs. Since your interest in certain list views was so great, we have already made some adjustments to the functionality in JTL-Wawi 1.5.11.
New permanent functionalities as of JTL-Wawi 1.5.11
With JTL-Wawi version 1.5.11, the following adjustments to the ListView extensions have been permanently incorporated into our ERP:

Of course, our integration work is not finished with these two views. If you have any further feature requests, you are welcome to let us know via our JTL forum:
Your most popular ListView extensions at a glance
As already mentioned, there has been a lot of activity in the JTL forum about the individual list views and the corresponding SQL codes. We have observed here that you are particularly interested in the additions in the “Items” area. I will therefore place a special focus on this in my webinar.
At this point, we would like to introduce you to the most frequently requested ListView extensions. Good news: The buttons below will take you directly to the JTL forum, where you can download the appropriate SQL and insert it directly into your JTL-Wawi.
This individual list view gives you a comprehensive overview of a specific item: How has it sold so far? What is the stock range? What is the returns rate? What is the average sales price?

Display the above information not only for normal items, but also for variation combinations and parts lists.
Directly in the item overview, this extension gives you an insight into how well the selected item is selling on which platform. All your connected online stores are listed individually, as are the respective marketplaces in the individual countries.

This list view shows you at a glance in which open supplier orders the selected item is located in the item overview. You can also see which warehouse the ordered items will arrive in.

Do you want to know how often an item was returned in a certain period of time? And you want to have this analysis evaluated for each of your sales platforms? Then use this ListView extension:

With this individual list view, you can see a 360° view of your customer including all customer-specific prices and graduated prices.

When you click on an order in order management, you can see all Amazon Custom production information at a glance with this ListView extension.

Performance problems due to individual list views? Not a chance!
Some people have asked us about possible performance problems caused by the individual list views. We would like to reassure you here: The SQL that you insert to get a specific view is only executed if the respective ListView extension is visible. If you have integrated several SQLs, this does not mean that JTL-Wawi will slow down as a result!
The length of the SQL also has no effect on the performance of the ERP. This is because the length of a query has nothing to do with its execution time. In addition, the database server only has to answer the queries in relation to a single data record – namely that of the item, customer or order clicked on – which makes the entire process extremely fast.
My webinar on December 3: What you can look forward to
Would you like to customize JTL-Wawi to your needs with the help of the individual list views? Then you shouldn’t miss my webinar on December 3 at 2:00 pm. I will explain in detail what the ListView extensions are and how the integration of the SQL codes works. I will also introduce you to frequently requested list views.

The webinar is also a way for me to get feedback from you: Which individual list views do you still need SQLs for? Which functionalities should we permanently integrate in the next version of JTL-Wawi?
With your answers, JTL once again remains true to its approach of “community-driven development”. Good: Together we make JTL-Wawi even better!
Participation in the webinar is free of charge. To secure one of the places, simply log in with your name and email address without obligation – and you’re in.
I look forward to seeing you!
