With a simple free registration, sellers can activate the use of Amazon Business in SellerCentral. Once this is done, sellers can create separate business prices for the marketplace and set up volume discounts and exclusive listings for B2B customers.
Its use offers advantages for retailers and buyers alike. The former gain access to the customer segment of business customers – both in the German-speaking market and in the UK. A separate badge for sales program participants also increases visibility on Amazon. For buyers, there are also options for purchasing on account and free premium shipping.
At the same time, Amazon also launched a separate VAT calculation service alongside the B2B program, which will allow sellers to show companies net prices in future. The service automatically generates invoices with proof of VAT for all Amazon customers.
