JTL-Wawi 1.8 is now available in the stable version – and it is all about JTL-eazyAuction and many new possibilities around the topic of marketplace and multichannel commerce. In addition to Amazon and eBay, integrations to Otto.de, Kaufland (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia), voelkner and MediaMarktSaturn are now also available as stable versions. We have also worked on the ERP itself and the associated app and implemented many requests from the JTL community. New marketplace connections

It has never been so easy to expand your multichannel commerce. JTL-eazyAuction enables you to significantly expand your customer base and take off internationally with four new marketplace connections. The marketplaces Otto.de, Kaufland (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia), voelkner and MediaMarktSaturn are now available for you. In addition, you can also use the interfaces to Conrad (open beta) as well as Check24 and Cdiscount (closed beta) in the free beta version within your ERP.

Good usability

Even if you are now using several marketplaces, this does not mean that things are getting more complicated – quite the opposite. With the new version, we have standardized the administration via JTL-Wawi. You manage each of the new marketplace connections using one and the same workflow.

The one for the Road - what's new in the JTL-Wawi app?

Whether on a business trip, at a customer appointment or on the way to lunch – with the JTL-Wawi app you always have your ERP at hand. To make your everyday work even easier, we have responded to the wishes of the JTL community and have integrated and optimized some functions:

• Extended article view: We have added a lot of useful information to the article view. In addition to the gross and purchase prices of all suppliers, RRP and custom fields are now also displayed.
• Statistics templates: You can now find a quick overview of the most important KPIs on the dashboard. Statistics templates that you have created on the PC in your ERP can now be used with the app.
• Edit notes: You can easily edit all the important information you have written down for customers or sales orders, even when you’re on the move.
• Filter and search settings: Don’t want to enter the same search and filter function settings again and again for recurring use cases? You no longer have to, because these settings are now saved automatically.
• Open attachments: With the release of JTL-Wawi 1.8 you can also open attachments in sales orders on your cell phone or tablet.

The "heart" of your trade - what's new in JTL-Wawi?

Our hard-working developers have also upgraded our centerpiece JTL-Wawi and have added some new features. You asked for them, we delivered:

• Purchase order proposals: Stock transfers resulting from a purchase order proposal can now be easily integrated into a single delivery. If the destination warehouse and the shipping type match, the central warehouse and warehouse are now supplied with just one transport operation – the same applies to goods that were purchased via a purchase order proposal.
• Dunning process: You can now define your own process for creating and sending reminders with JTL-Workflows. This means you no longer have to worry about unpaid invoices, but can manage everything using the automation tool.
• VAT exemption: Depending on the region, there are also special features to consider within Germany. To make it easier for you to trade there, you can now specify in the order data in the Details tab under “Special treatment” whether the goods should be exempt from VAT.

Next up: JTL-Wawi API

With JTL-Wawi 1.8, the open beta version of the JTL-Wawi API will soon be available. The programming interface can be used to develop customized multichannel solutions – from small individual functions to extensive business processes.
