Rafael Regh Appointed CTO at JTL-Software

JTL strengthens technological leadership and accelerates its cloud- and AI-strategy.

Hückelhoven, July 16, 2025 – JTL-Software-GmbH (JTL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rafael Regh as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Over the past months, Regh – in his role as Managing Director of Coduct Solutions GmbH, a consultancy specializing in cloud transformation – has already played a key role in shaping and implementing JTL’s new cloud strategy. As an expert advisor, he helped lay the technological foundation for the JTL-Cloud and supported the transition towards a future-ready system architecture. In his new role, Regh will be responsible for the technological architecture and implementation of all software products – with a clear focus on cloud infrastructure, AI readiness, and platform scalability.

The seasoned tech entrepreneur brings extensive expertise in software architecture, digital transformation, and scalable platform solutions. Most recently, in addition to his role at Coduct Solutions, Regh served as CTO of the AI-driven PIM provider Ainavio and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CODE LEAP AG. Both companies are part of the Coduct Group, which employs around 100 people. Earlier in his career, Regh held positions at Microsoft and contributed to international projects across Asia, the USA, and Europe.

Focus on Cloud Strategy, AI, and Modern Product Development
