Current techconsult study certifies JTL top results in provider evaluation

Hückelhoven, January 13, 2022 – For the second year in a row, JTL software has received champion awards in the “Online Shop Solution” and “Multichannel Solution” categories in techconsult GmbH’s “Professional User Rating: Digital Solutions 2022” (PUR DS). The provider ratings for JTL-Shop are particularly outstanding this time, with JTL taking first place in many of the evaluation categories.

The techconsult analysis process

techconsult GmbH is one of the most renowned research and analyst firms in Germany and conducts the “Professional User Rating: Digital Solutions” once a year. This year, around 2,000 German-speaking Applications rated the digital solutions they use and the corresponding provider companies.

The ranking was based on two dimensions: “Company Rating” (manufacturer rating) and “Solution Rating” (performance rating). There were more than 180 providers on the longlist – across all solution areas.

High ranking for JTL in the diamond chart

Providers such as JTL are shown in a two-dimensional chart, the so-called diamond, based on their position in the rating. The better a provider is rated, the higher its position in the diamond. In order to be included in the diamond, a provider must be distinguished in both the “Company Rating” (manufacturer rating) and the “Solution Rating” (performance rating).

JTL convinces in both performance and manufacturer evaluation

JTL was able to impress in both areas and achieved impressive results in many of the categories. This puts the Hückelhoven-based software company in the same performance range as international heavyweights such as SAP or Shopify. The JTL founders are particularly pleased with the excellent result of JTL-Shop, which reached a new milestone only a year ago with its version 5: “To be awarded champion placements in such a prestigious ranking for the second year in a row fills us with great pride.
