Managing Director of JTL-Software gets a new member

New COO focuses on internal structures for further growth

Hückelhoven, December 8, 2020 – JTL-Software-GmbH is adding a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to its management team as of December 1. Management expert Ralph Schweiker is thus expanding the management structure of the previously purely owner-managed company. Schweiker has many years of experience as an interim manager in various business sectors, including automotive, pharmaceuticals and finance. From now on, he will contribute this experience to the growth and organization of the Hückelhoven-based company.

Focus on company expansion

Schweiker, who studied business administration and education, has focused in particular on the topics of personnel and organizational development in his career in recent years. His passion for management, sales techniques and leadership is a perfect fit for the fast-growing software company JTL. The company, run by brothers Janusch and Thomas Lisson, has made a name for itself in recent years thanks to its flair for pioneering strategic direction. “Implementing strategies, getting things on the road – that’s my focus again,” says Schweiker, explaining his area of responsibility at his new employer. The goal: to support the strong entrepreneurial know-how and vision of the software experts with expanded structures within the Company.

Growth with structure

JTL-Software has more than doubled its workforce in the last five years due to its steadily growing success. Today, the company employs around 180 people. In order to counteract the growing pains of increased project management costs and personnel organization, JTL decided to expand its management team.

In order to turn these visions into reality, my brother and I want to be able to focus more on the strategic aspects of our business,” says Thomas Lisson, Managing Director of JTL-Software-GmbH, commenting on the increase in personnel. “Ralph Schweiker’s flair for the personnel component and his strong experience in structural expansion are the ideal enrichment for us. We are certain that we have put both the further development of our products and our company on a secure footing.”
