Top ranking in this year’s techconsult study

Hückelhoven, October 14, 2020 – In techconsult GmbH’s “Professional User Rating: Digital Solutions 2020” (PUR DS), JTL-Software achieved a champion ranking in two categories: With its ERP JTL-Wawi, the company landed in 4th place in the “Multichannel Solution” category and even took 3rd place with JTL-Shop in the “Online Shop Solution” category.

The evaluation procedure

techconsult GmbH is one of the most important research and analyst firms in Germany and conducts the “Professional User Rating: Digital Solutions” once a year. This year, around 1,500 German-speaking users reviewed the providers of digital solutions in 5 categories.

The customer review was carried out in two dimensions: “Company Rating” (manufacturer rating) and “Solution Rating” (performance rating). There were more than 180 providers on the longlist – across all solution areas.

Power display in the diamond

The providers are shown in a two-dimensional chart, the so-called diamond, based on their position in the rating. The better a provider is rated, the higher its position in the diamond. In order to be included in the diamond, a provider must be distinguished in both the “Company Rating” (manufacturer rating) and the “Solution Rating” (performance rating).

JTL was convincing in both areas and received consistently good and very good customer reviews. The analysts at techconsult have summarized the positive evaluation results of JTL in a detailed report, which you can download here.
