JTL-Connect 2022: The eCommerce trade fair is back

Product innovations and specialist presentations on all aspects of online business in the heart of Cologne

Hückelhoven, August 11, 2022 – On September 16, 2022, JTL Connect will open its doors again after a three-year break – this time with more space, more visitors and more products than in previous years. At XPOST Cologne, participants will meet industry leaders, experience live product demos and expert presentations. From personal discussions with retailers to the latest eCommerce trends, everything can be found here.

Online business at your fingertips

Visitors to JTL Connect can expect a colorful mix of exhibitors and experts. The program with 50 presentations on seven stages and a total of 70 booths on 4000 square meters will provide a wide range of inspiration for your own business.

After the keynote speech by one of the JTL founders in the morning, the extensive lecture program from all areas of eCommerce will begin. Main sponsors PayPal, Deutsche Post DHL and eBay as well as many other industry representatives will report on news and trends in online business.

For the first time, the manufacturing industry will also be in the spotlight at the eCommerce trade fair, as JTL presents the new JTL-Plan&Produce solution. This enables the organization of work processes related to the production or finishing of your own products via JTL-Wawi. Trade fair visitors will have the opportunity to test the software live on site and engage in a direct exchange with the developers.

The demo warehouse of the JTL-WMS warehouse management system also invites visitors to try it out. Here, interested parties can take commission, packing and shipping into their own hands. This is particularly beneficial for many newcomers to the trade, as the opportunity to try out efficient warehouse management for themselves is rarely offered in everyday life. What’s more, the organizer rewards curiosity, as the software testers can first get their hands on the merchandise products and then easily send them home.

From beginner to professional - from professional to expert

Especially because more and more retailers are opting for an online store due to the pandemic, there is a great desire for expertise and expert advice. This year, JTL is organizing the JTL Academy Day for the first time on the day before the trade fair. Here, long-standing JTL employees will share their experiences and give tips on how to give your business the necessary boost.

At JTL-Connect, of course, one thing must not be neglected: connecting with each other. This begins the evening before at PreConnect, where initial contacts are made and industry news is exchanged. During the trade fair, the Coffee Lounge offers space for informal exchanges and in-depth discussions.

In the evening, the after-show party takes place on the event ship OCEANDIVA. During a Rhine cruise with live music, cocktails and a buffet, guests enjoy the Cologne skyline and networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
