Dario Tato joins JTL as CFO

JTL further expands Managing Director and continues growth course.

Hückelhoven, July 01, 2024 – JTL-Software-GmbH (JTL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dario Tato as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of July 01, 2024. With his extensive expertise in private equity and mergers & acquisitions, Dario Tato complements the JTL leadership team. He will play a decisive role in the development of the eCommerce software provider’s growth strategy.

Dario brings over twelve years of experience in various financial positions. Most recently, he was a Principal at Hg, a leading investor in international software companies and an investor in JTL. Here he made a significant contribution to the successful financing and strategic orientation of numerous companies. His expertise covers the areas of financial planning, corporate development and company acquisitions.

JTL will gradually expand its portfolio with new CFO

Dario Tato will drive forward further strategic acquisitions in the future in order to continuously expand the JTL solution portfolio and thus fully cover customer needs as an all-round provider.
