Good coffee for stimulating networking
With its 6,000 square meter space concept, XPOST in the heart of Cologne is the ideal place for a meeting of eCommerce industry giants. After all, the listed building is a former parcel center. Between the historic structure dating back to 1895 and modern architectural elements, you will meet old hands and experts of tomorrow. Newcomers and professionals from the world of digital commerce will find the perfect setting for stimulating discussions. After-show party on the Rhine
Friends of good entertainment know that things really get going after the end of the trade fair program. Because boarding for the OCEANDIVA, Europe’s largest event ship, begins at 18:30! Anyone with an additional ticket for the after-show party can take a convenient shuttle bus to the landing stage on the banks of the Rhine in Cologne. In the spirit of sustainability, five trees will be planted to compensate for the CO2 emissions generated. Those who prefer to stretch their legs can reach the ship after a leisurely 20-minute walk.
After a champagne reception to set the mood, the OCEANDIVA sets sail at 8 p.m. and cruises past the spectacular panorama of Cologne’s old town – with a view of the cathedral included, of course. Also included are all the culinary delights from the flying buffet and the masterfully mixed drinks from the cocktail bar. Trade fair party guests enjoy a fantastic selection of regional, Mediterranean and Asian specialties. With tagliarini with basil pesto, chicken chamai with spicy curry coconut sauce or Rhenish goulash with spaetzle, there is a dish to suit every palate. Set sail for the party and enjoy the dance music
At the brilliant finale of the JTL-Connect, there is of course one thing that must not be missing: the right sound! DJ beats and the band Spirit of Soul from Frankfurt am Main really heat things up on the ship’s stage. Singers and musicians of international caliber perform a rousing live repertoire that is sure to get even the most reluctant dancers on the floor.
After its three-hour tour, the OCEANDIVA arrives back at the landing stage at the Bastei in Cologne at around 11 pm. From there, tired party guests can walk to the main train station or cab rank in just a few minutes. Those who have just got going and want to continue partying, on the other hand, are in the best starting position to plunge into Cologne’s nightlife.
