I have been running the Vitego shop with JTL since the end of 2014. I have been observing the development of JTL for a long time, so I knew that JTL would be ideal for my company.

A few years before Vitego went live, I had my first experience with the JTL software and community. I immediately liked the combination of JTL-Wawi, JTL-eazyAuction and the then JTL-Shop2. When I decided in 2013 to set up Vitego and thus a larger company for the first time, it was clear to me that JTL was the right choice for me.

Automations with workers and workflows

When the switch to JTL-Wawi 1.0 was mastered and completed at the end of 2015, the enormous advantages of the overall system became even clearer. Routine processes are taken over by the Worker and detailed process optimizations are handled by the JTL-Workflows. Even if the identification and creation of these workflows initially takes a lot of time, the situation has turned around within weeks and the automatic processes save an enormous amount of time. With over 200,000 items currently in our store and many drop shipping sales orders, this is a huge factor.

Good experience with forum and support

I would especially like to mention all the help in the forum and the quick responses from JTL support! The whole JTL community is absolutely helpful and the support staff have often been really great at helping us. We can definitely recommend JTL!
