My own wedding gave me the idea: About 10 years ago, I got into the online trade with bridal shoes, fashion & accessories.

First I set up an eBay shop, then a rental shop module. I quickly reached the limits of both solutions. Google and the search for my own shop brought JTL-Shop to my attention. The main criterion for me was convenient integration with Amazon and eBay.

My success story begins in the JTL forum

At the beginning I have a lot of questions, I have to learn a lot and get an overview of the possibilities with JTL. The JTL forum is an excellent helper in this regard, helping me to clarify things competently and quickly and also to make contacts. With a single question for feedback and support, I get feedback from a service partner, Mr. Dernbach from MIDe-online, among others, who has been supporting us successfully to this day. Since opting for JTL, we have seen a continuous annual increase in turnover of 10%.

Expanding DATEV integration and B2B

With the help of our service partner, we can automate and speed up many processes. A particular challenge for us is the export of accounting data and integration with the DATEV interface. With the new time leeway that this gives us, we are able to set ourselves new goals. For example, we would like to set up a B2B area with children’s clothing for festive occasions and integrate a blog to appeal to our customers even more emotionally. We are looking forward to going down this path together with JTL.
