We go online with Planenlager.de at the beginning of 2015 – initially with xt:Commerce. Due to increasing sales figures, we quickly look for a more long-term solution.

After some research and recommendations, we opted for JTL-Wawi and a Shopware store system. However, our interface requirements were higher than the JTL-Shopware-Connector at the time was able to meet. We finally switched from Shopware to JTL-Shop at relatively short notice and have been quite satisfied ever since.

Establishment of an efficient dispatch management system

Our store stocks a large number of different item sizes and weights, which always have to play out the correct shipping costs in the respective combination orders. By setting up very detailed shipping classes in conjunction with corresponding shipping methods in the JTL-Shop, we were able to master this challenge well – also thanks to the good cooperation with our service partner, Primovera GmbH.

Growth and internationalization

As a young eCommerce company, we are very satisfied with our current development and would like to continue to grow. This includes translating our store into English and Italian in the medium term in order to gain a stronger foothold in Europe.
