In 2000, I founded the store Socken-und-mehr.de. At that time, I had already been self-employed in the hosiery sector for 15 years and wanted to create a second mainstay for myself.

First as a sideline, then – from 2005 – as a full-time job. We grew slowly but steadily. It wasn’t until 2012 that we came across JTL in our search for a system that would allow us to centrally manage both the online marketplaces and our store orders.

JTL-Wawi is a great solution for us. First and foremost, we wanted to work with just one interface to be able to manage everything. Even in the store that we now have, the checkout connection runs completely via JTL-Wawi. Overselling is virtually impossible and we are very satisfied. A big thank you to our technician, who is very familiar with JTL and has been looking after us for 10 years.

The integration of the packing table+ is a huge relief for us, and it costs nothing. We have now been able to reduce our packing errors considerably. We now also use the item configurator for JTL-Shop with great success for our embroidery items.

In my opinion, JTL is the best solution for online retailers. JTL is always up-to-date thanks to the constant updates and extensions to the system. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with several expensive systems before we got to know JTL. If I had been offered JTL back then, I would have been spared trouble and unnecessary programming expenses.
