Our Company has been in existence since 1978. We started online trading in 2006 with xt:Commerce, later JTL-Wawi was added and finally we switched to JTL-Shop.

In 2010, the integration of the JTL merchandise management system took place via the JTL-Connector. In order to maintain full performance and compatibility, we will switch to JTL-Shop in mid-2016. Our customers should be able to use individual and convenient filtering based on set features. We also want to significantly simplify order and payment reconciliation with JTL-Shop.

Industry-specific requirements require specialist support

We carry out the basic installation and setup of the JTL-Shop ourselves. However, as we work with many features and variations in the furniture industry, offer custom-made items and grant sales-based discounts, we are quickly dependent on help to meet our requirements and customer expectations. To this end, we work very closely and successfully with kreativkarussell as a JTL service partner. We are currently developing a powerful configurator for mattresses & beds.

Every store system requires regular improvements – standing still is a step backwards. We have experienced a positive SEO effect in the ranking through the variation combinations (VarKombis or father/child items). Switching the JTL-Shop to SSL also delivers positive results. And shortened URLs mean that items from subcategories can now be found in the top 10 on Google.
