JTL customer project
Green MNKY GmbH

From: Laura Maria Kempf / Green MNKY GmbH
We are Green MNKY, a start-up company from Aschaffenburg that aims to revolutionize an industry. We apply this vision to both mobile retail and the way we treat our environment.
With our idea, the on-demand protective film for smartphones and small electrical appliances, we won a deal in the start-up show “Die Höhle der Löwen” and have since been supported by our investors Carsten Maschmeyer and Nils Glagau. In our search for an all-round carefree system for our daily processes, we came across JTL.
Protection for displays exactly when it is needed
The green concept means that we only manufacture our protective films when our customers order them. For this reason, we do not keep stocks of large quantities of prefabricated products. The display of numerous smartphone models in the online shop is therefore a basic requirement, which we map with the configurator module for JTL-Shop. Good interaction between JTL-Shop and the JTL-Wawi merchandise management system facilitates order processing and ensures production according to customer requirements.
For a perfect overview of raw materials and smooth shipping management, we work with JTL-WMS in the warehouse. Warehouse management ensures a seamless transition of orders to shipping and gives us security when tracking serial numbers and batches of our raw films.
Scaling with JTL service partners
With the help of our JTL service partners Go-Ecommerce and Knoell Marketing, we have access to an optimally coordinated system that fulfills our vision of making trade in display protection films more sustainable. With regard to the growing business and additional retail sales, we believe we are well equipped with JTL. This starts with the setup of print templates and ends with the scalability of our shipping processes.
For future requirements, we keep an eye on the various expansion options of the JTL products and can react immediately if necessary. This flexibility is reflected in our plans to also open up the Amazon marketplace via JTL-eazyAuction in the course of this year.
