The Flesh Tunnel Shop was born in 2007. Originally planned as a sideline, the business grew rapidly and is now one of the largest online providers and specialists for piercing jewelry in Germany.

The decision for JTL Shop is made right at the beginning. Then as now, JTL’s store system offers the best price-performance ratio for companies and start-ups in online retail. In addition, the entire infrastructure in combination with the merchandise management system enables many individual adaptations and extensions. The diverse options that JTL-Wawi offers for the continuous improvement of your own operating processes are unique. This is crucial for our project.

From self-direction to professional support

When developing the store, we initially do a lot of the work ourselves and only cooperate with an external agency in phases and on a project-related basis. We becameaware of Netzdinge.dethanks to some convincing plugins for JTL-Shop, which brought us lasting success. We still work closely and trustingly with the experienced JTL experts from Brandenburg. Our common focus is on a high level of user-friendliness, short loading times and a lean, clear design with a high recognition value for our customers.

The JTL Search store plugin in particular has brought us clearly measurable and sustainable growth. Our SEA team continuously researches search terms in demand on Google and maintains these as synonyms in the JTL Search backend. The findability of many products via the internal search increases noticeably and the paths to the checkout become shorter. Conversions and conversion rates receive a corresponding boost.
