We have been online with Casual Couture since 2015. Initially with WooCommerce & JTL-Wawi. In 2018 we switched to JTL-Shop & JTL-eazyAuction. With resounding success.
From the very beginning, we have focused on a differentiated multi-channel strategy – and not just for our online segment. We opened our first store in Hamburg in our founding year, followed by a second one and a half years later in Düsseldorf. We know that our brand needs one thing above all else in a predominantly young, male and sporty target group: Brand presence across all channels.
Social media, affiliate marketing and search engine advertising
We are satisfied with our Facebook reach and the interaction of our agile fan and buyer groups. Now we needed a partner to introduce us to the world of search engine and affiliate marketing. We found what we were looking for in Sebastian Denzin & Saphir Solution. With the target of a profitable cost-turnover ratio, we learn to achieve one of our most important goals under his aegis: rapid sales of goods in order to free up liquidity and storage space for collection changes required by the market at short notice.
Switch to JTL-Shop, optimization of warehouse and shipping administration
On the recommendation of Saphir Solution, we are also expanding our overall system. WooCommerce gives way to the faster JTL store and moves JTL-Wawi into an even more central position to manage our growth efficiently. The ERP connection to Amazon & eBay via JTL-eazyAuction and the much smoother shipping processes from two warehouses now make our day-to-day business much simpler and more transparent. We are currently still working with JTL-Packtisch+, in July 2019 we will switch to JTL-WMS.
Narrow processes and rising sales
The targeted alignment and optimization of the processes around JTL-Wawi and the cooperation with Saphir Solution are proving to be a game changer for us. Thanks to the intelligent linking and scaling of JTL’s software solutions and the well thought-out use of the advertising budget to acquire new customers, we have achieved a traffic increase of 240% and a jump in turnover of almost 600% in just 6 months. We are looking forward to further big leaps with JTL at our side.
