Even though we love classics, in some cases you have to get rid of the old, in our case JTL-eazyAuction for outdated JTL-Wawi versions. But before any unrest spreads: Are you using a version of our ERP prior to 1.0? One of the old 0.9x versions? Because only in this case are you affected and should have been informed about this at the end of September. Because as of January 31, 2018, we will discontinue the old JTL-eazyAuction interface as well as its server structure and maintenance. However, this does not affect customers with JTL-Wawi 1.0 and higher.
Why are we doing this?
Due to numerous new developments and changes to the interface, partly for security reasons and partly for improvements, a lot has changed at JTL-eazyAuction. In the years since JTL-Wawi 1.0, the requirements for the interface have also changed a lot on the marketplace side. And the interface can no longer adequately meet all these basic requirements in connection with these old versions of the ERP. In addition, this step enables us to better prepare the interface for future requirements, which is becoming increasingly difficult due to the consideration of outdated versions.
Consequences for users
As of January 31, JTL-Wawi will no longer be able to synchronize with eBay and Amazon in versions 09.x and older. What you can do is to update to a JTL-Wawi version from 1.0 as soon as possible, but at the latest by the deadline mentioned. You can find a checklist for the changeover here:

Our tip: A few weeks ago, we released JTL-Wawi 1.3 Stable, one of our most stable and secure ERP versions, which is already being used by a large number of our customers. Particularly important: In connection with the changeover, the outdated tariff for JTL-eazyAuction will also change. From July 31, 2018, we will switch to the corresponding counterpart of the current tariff model. If you do not agree with this, you can of course cancel your tariff beforehand with due notice.
