This has never happened before! For the first time in the history of JTL, we are launching a YouTube Live event. On January 25, 2022, starting at 4 pm, you will have the unique opportunity to ask us everything you ever wanted to know about JTL-Wawi 1.6. In this article, we reveal what exactly you can expect during the 1.5-hour event and how you can easily take part.
What is a YouTube Live event?
As you probably know, JTL has been running a successful YouTube channel for several years now, where we regularly provide you with video insights into our products and their development. However, while the posts there are recorded videos, a YouTube Live event – as the name suggests – takes place in real time.
This gives our event host, JTL-Wawi Product Owner Manuel Pietzsch, the opportunity to interact with you live: Whether questions, comments or feedback – we can respond quickly to all your contributions and really only show you what interests you about the new version of our ERP.
Of course, you can also use the chat function of our livestream to exchange ideas with other participants and get inspiration and help for your own business.
Why are we going live on air?
The principle of “community-driven development” has always been practiced at JTL. We regularly ask you about your feature requests via various channels, such as our JTL forum, the Facebook group and, last but not least, our YouTube channel. A prominent example of this is the new purchase order proposals in JTL-Wawi 1.6, which were largely developed based on your feedback. But your wishes have also been incorporated into the sales order and quotation details, the item parts lists and the “Partial invoices” area.
Our top priority is to align the functions of our products with practical requirements – and thus with you, the people who will be working with them every day! JTL-Wawi 1.6 is of course perfectly suited for a YouTube Live event, as we have only recently entered open beta with the new version. This allows us to collect your feedback in real time and integrate it into our further development agenda.
What can you expect?
The program for our YouTube Live event can be summarized quickly and easily: JTL-Wawi 1.6 in all its facets. We will present the most important new functions and show you some tips & tricks on how to use our ERP even more efficiently in the future. But then it’s your turn: actively shape our live event! You ask, we answer. Without beating around the bush. And in real time.

How do you take part?
Participation in our YouTube live event for JTL-Wawi 1.6 is free of charge and possible without pre-registration. Simply call up our JTL YouTube channel on January 25, 2022 at 4 pm. The live event is marked with the red “Live” button so that you can participate with just one click.
You do not need to register to watch the livestream. However, if you want to join the discussion and ask questions, you will need a Google account to log in to YouTube.
