JTL again receives double champion placement for “Online Shop” and “Multichannel Solutions”
We are repeat offenders! And in the best possible way: In this year’s “Professional User Rating: Digital Solutions” by techconsult, we are once again represented in two categories with a champion placement – and thus on the same rating level as numerous major international corporations. Who is techconsult and what is the customer review?
Once a year, techconsult GmbH, one of Germany’s most renowned research and analyst firms, conducts its “Professional User Rating: Digital Solutions”. In the current ranking, the number of German-speaking users who have rated the digital solutions they use and the corresponding provider companies has increased to an impressive 2,000 participants.
They all cast their votes in two categories: On the one hand in the “Company Rating” (provider rating), which takes a close look at, for example, the provider’s ability to innovate, support, information and further training offers as well as the online presence. On the other hand, the provider companies have to score points in the “Solution Rating” in areas such as range of functions, user-friendliness and customer satisfaction.
The longlist – across all solution areas – consisted of more than 180 providers, including numerous international heavyweights such as SAP, Adobe and Shopify.
The final ranking shows: We can compete with them! With JTL-Shop, we came a close second behind Shopify. In the “Multichannel solution” category, we are also on the same champion level as four other well-known manufacturers.
The best rated providers are presented by techconsult in a so-called diamond based on their position in the rating. The better a provider performs, the higher its position in the diamond:
Consistently positive customer reviews for JTL
The analysts from techconsult summarize the individual evaluation results of each Application in a report. It should be emphasized that JTL was able to achieve consistently positive results. In many areas, there were even “above average” user reviews. We are proud and delighted that we were able to impress with both our online store and multichannel solutions.

We see the fact that users have given JTL-Shop, version 5 of which we released not so long ago, such positive reviews as a great confirmation of our work. With JTL-Shop 5, we put a lot of emphasis on simplified usability, an appealing design and easy expandability. It’s great to see that users have honored this with their excellent customer reviews in this award.
