How to use price negotiation on eBay with JTL-Wawi
When shopping on eBay, potential customers not only have the opportunity to place an item in their shopping cart, but also to “watch” it, i.e. save it for later without obligation – and possibly forget it or simply lose interest. With eBay price negotiation in JTL-eazyAuction, you can target precisely these customers and make them a new price offer that will arouse their curiosity again.
For users of the JTL-eazyAuction marketplace connection, this function is included as standard from JTL-Wawi 1.9. And this is how it works: Activate the eBay price negotiation option in JTL-Wawi. To do this, select the Platforms button and click on the “Price negotiations” area in the “eBay” folder.

As soon as someone adds one of your listings on eBay to their shopping cart or sets it to “Watch”, you will be informed directly in JTL-Wawi. This gives you the opportunity to lure interested parties with additional discounted prices.

Push your eBay trade via JTL with efficient pricing
There are other ways to create an incentive to buy. For example, you can either offer a discount of ten percent or a new, lower fixed price. In JTL-eazyAuction, you can also specify the purchase quantity for which the listing should apply. Good use the option to add a personal message. This gives the interested party the impression that this is a unique, customized listing. Once submitted, the discount or the new fixed price is valid for 48 hours – this period is specified by eBay and cannot be set individually.

Special settings: Automation and exceptions
For sellers who have a particularly high reach on eBay, there is another bonus: In order to avoid having to contact every potential buyer manually, you can also automate price negotiations in JTL-Wawi. This means that every potential buyer who adds one of your items to their shopping cart or sets it to “Watch” will receive the same special offer you have set.
