Everything is new in May: The stable version of JTL-Wawi 1.9 is available for download from today! This time we have focused on improving stability and performance during development. But of course the version also includes new features. As always, we focused on the wishes of the community. You can look forward to new features relating to our production and marketplace tools as well as the start of the pilot phase for our payment provider mollie.
New features in JTL-Wawi & Co.
A frequently requested function was the output of parts list components as a separate report container in the sales documents area (listing, sales order, invoice, delivery bill). This means that components below parts lists can now be output very easily with their own formatting.
JTL-Wawi App: Fine-tuning
We also lent a hand with the mobile Application of JTL-Wawi:
- Contact persons can now be added, edited or deleted in the “Customers” area.
- These contacts can be contacted directly from the JTL-Wawi app by phone call or email.
- Listings can be quickly identified and edited in a new listing overview.
- Contact persons can be stored in delivery and billing addresses.
- Canceled sales orders are shown as such in the order overview and can be specifically filtered.
JTL-eazyAuction: Create your own Amazon Listers
As a seller on Amazon, you now have the option of creating your own list views in the platform area according to your individual needs via JTL-eazyAuction. For example, you can display the purchase prices for the respective order items for all order items of an Amazon order. This function is available for the areas “Sales orders”, “Multi-channel orders” and “Orders to be updated”.
JTL-Plan&Produce: News for production articles
In JTL Plan&Produce, free text variations for production items are now transferred to the production order as process parameters and displayed in JTL Workbench. In this way, a customer-specific text can be stored and the production of a production item can be individualized even more, which is important, for example, for varying names on jerseys for textile printing.
In addition, from the new JTL-Wawi version onwards, purchase prices for production items can be calculated based on the components, just like with ‘normal’ parts lists. This saves you a lot of work when calculating.
JTL-Shipping: Hermes Returns & UPS Authorization
With Hermes HSI Returns, it is now possible to create returns in JTL-Wawi as well as to generate an enclosed return upon delivery. This is particularly important for trade via Otto.de, where a tracking ID is required for returns. This can now be created directly in the shipping process with JTL-Shipping.
UPS has discontinued the old authentication method via API keys and will switch off this option on 03.06.24. From this date, UPS will only accept the authentication method via OAuth. We have implemented this to ensure that you can continue to use the existing UPS interface. Further information can be found in the JTL-Guide.
Now available in the pilot phase: mollie integration
From now on you can test the payment provider mollie in the pilot phase within our payment module. To do this, you must first activate your account via the JTL-Customer Centre. Then you can integrate mollie, like the other payment providers, via the menu item “Payments” > “Payment providers” in JTL-Wawi.

With mollie, you simplify your payment process enormously and offer customers over 20 possible payment methods at the same time – including:
- PayPal
- Credit card
- Klarna
- Direct debit
- Invoice
- IMMEDIATELY
- Apple Pay
- and much more.
DATEV-Rechnungsdatenservice 2.0 & discontinuation of JTL-Wawi 1.6 & 1.7
If you use the DATEV-Rechnungsdatenservice 2.0, you must install JTL-Wawi 1.9 by 31.05.2024. From 01.06.2024, the interface will no longer be supported for older versions.
We would also like to remind you that we are discontinuing support for JTL-Wawi 1.6 and 1.7 with the stable release of JTL-Wawi 1.9.
