One of our personal highlights of the year took place two weeks ago. We invited our service partners to the JTL-Partner Convention at the German Sports and Olympic Museum. After JTL Connect, this event is the most important date for us to learn more about the use and applications of our solutions. The event with our partners is particularly convincing in terms of the exchange of information – we were able to take away a lot of exciting knowledge, which of course also has an influence on our work.

The event focused on the restructuring of our partner landscape. This offers service partners a whole range of new opportunities. But it also benefits customers, because: By reprofiling our partners and offering a comprehensive training model, we want to ensure that our customers can easily find the right contact for their respective projects.
And what next?
Of course, that was not all. Our technology partner iX-tech presented Scan2Light, a picking system for warehouses that supports warehouse employees with the help of colored light signals. You can find out more about this exciting addition to JTL-WMS on iX-tech’s website.

We also gave our partners tips for efficient error messages and analyses that they can use to tackle specific problems at their customers. And, of course, we gave them an initial outlook and insight into the current development of our products. An important part of this was the JTL-Fulfillment Network – we will go into this in more detail shortly. That means for you: More information and examples of performance and function. Much of the information will also play a role at this year’s JTL Connect on August 25th and will therefore also be communicated to customers.
Conclusion
The Partner Convention 2017 provided us with a lot of valuable feedback. There were many opportunities to take away numerous suggestions – both on our side and on the partner side – at the latest over a Kölsch or wine in the evening. We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank everyone who attended the day – partners and speakers alike – for coming and for their contributions. We therefore look forward all the more to repeating an equally successful day with our customers at JTL Connect in a few months’ time.
