Our path to the JTL Group

JTL began in 2008 as a small start-up founded by brothers Janusch and Thomas Lisson. Today, we are a leading player in German-speaking e-commerce and support over 50,000 retailers with innovative software solutions. Headquartered in Hückelhoven and with locations in Hürth, Halle (Saale), and Kassel, we are growing steadily - together with international subsidiaries and partners. Our core product is the JTL-Wawi merchandise management system, which is linked to almost everything that is developed within the company.

Almost all of our colleagues work remotely. If you prefer to work in the office or are simply looking for a change, you can use one of our offices at any time. We are also happy to see you on site for workshops, training courses or trade fairs!

GREYHOUND is part of the JTL Group and develops powerful solutions for customer service and document management – with a focus on around 1,000 B2C eCommerce customers. Our current tech stack includes Delphi 12 in the GREYHOUND server, React in the web client and PHP 8.x for the customer center around booking and hosting management.
In a dedicated team of 7 people, we work passionately to further develop GREYHOUND technologically and position it even more strongly in our target markets – with the aim of inspiring existing JTL customers and taking customer service to the next level.

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (f/m/d) who not only delivers high-quality design, but also actively shapes the quality and direction of our products. You will further develop existing design systems, introduce sound UX methods into our processes and support other designers in expanding their skills and increasing the overall design quality.
