Via email, your recipient always knows when to expect their parcel, including real time parcel tracking on the day of delivery. If your recipient is not at home, they can choose from a variety of delivery options online with just a few clicks.

Convenient return option for recipients
If a recipient wishes to return goods, they can hand in their parcel at the GLS ParcelShop and GLS will bring it back to you. You have the choice of enclosing an already prepared GLS returns label with the parcel or providing a label at the recipient’s request. The return shipment is free of charge for the recipient.
Parcel directly to a parcel store of your choice
GLS delivers the parcels directly to a ParcelShop. The recipient decides in advance which ParcelShop their parcel will be sent to. As soon as the parcel arrives, GLS informs the recipient by email or text message. They then have nine working days to collect their parcel from the ParcelShop.
Ideal solution for fast shipping of small goods
The LetterBox service from GLS is particularly suitable for senders of smaller goods, mailings or catalogs. The service is characterized by fast and reliable delivery directly to the recipient’s letterbox – without the need for a signature.
The recipient receives the goods within 24 hours and is not tied to delivery times. Full flexibility, full satisfaction!

The GLS partner certificate distinguishes JTL as a strong software provider that is well versed in GLS integration and focuses on the customer to ensure optimal interaction between the two solutions. Print shipping labels automatically
With our integration of JTL-ShippingLabels with GLS, you can automatically generate shipping labels. JTL-ShippingLabels transfers the data between your Wawi and your logistics provider via a web interface. Tracking information is also transmitted automatically.
