Store owner Rudolf Ring sees his path to the perfect online store confirmed

Hückelhoven, Recklinghausen, 15.09.2014. After winning the Shop Usability Award in 2014 with gastro24.de, an online shop based on JTL-Shop was also awarded the coveted prize in 2015: The expert jury chose the virtual lighting studio click-licht.de as this year’s winner in the “Furniture & Living” category due to its authenticity and sophisticated store usability. The Usability Shop Award was presented by shoplupe.com for the eighth time in 2015 and recognizes stores that are not only visually appealing but also particularly user-friendly for customers.

The official jury statement reads: “It is clearly noticeable at all store levels that thought has been given to how to advise and inspire visitors to the store. In detail, the store is fun in many places and bidsder enough space for an appealing product presentation – on the detail page, the product is staged in the middle as if on a stage, partly animated.”

As with gasto24.de last year, the online store of click-licht.de is also managed by JTL service partner Kreativkonzentrat GbR from Dresden. For example, the agency developed the “Dropper” content management system for click-licht.de as a pilot customer in order to dynamically integrate user-friendly content into any part of the JTL-Shop and make it maintainable by the customer.

The online store Click-licht.de was founded in 2007 by Rudolf Ring and is now one of the leading online stores for modern indoor and outdoor lamps in Europe. In 2012, the shop was migrated to the JTL-Shop 3 shop system and redesigned by the Dresden-based media agency Kreativkonzentrat. Today, Click-licht.de offers over 30,000 items from the world of lamps and luminaires. The special shopping experience of his customers in the store has always been particularly important to Rudi Ring. Additional information, contact options for product advisors and online planning aids are integrated in many areas.
