JTL-Shop hosting costs €29 per month and shop – license, updates & backups included. This rate applies to both the Community Free and Standard version of JTL-Shop.
The Community Free Shop is already included in the free JTL-Editon Start. This means you can use the ERP JTL-Wawi and the online shop JTL-Shop free of charge and only pay €29 per month for hosting the shop – perfect for merchants who are just starting their business and don’t want to make any major investments yet, as well as for merchants with a small product range.
The JTL Advanced edition from €99 per month includes a standard shop without an article limit, which you can also have hosted by us for an additional €29 per month. If you have more than one JTL-Shop hosted by us, then always for the price of 29 € per shop and month.
Yes, you can request a test store free of charge and without obligation, test it extensively for four weeks, set it up and customize the template as you wish.
If you don’t want to continue using your test store after the test phase, you don’t need to do anything else – there are no costs!
If you are happy with JTL-Shop at the end of the test phase, it can easily be converted into a hosting shop. We will take care of the data transfer from your test store for you free of charge.
Yes, all themes and plugins for JTL-Shop 5 run without restrictions.
We offer data transfer from an existing JTL-Shop hosting with an external hosting provider at a price of 99€.
The scope of support depends on the JTL edition you have booked. Starting with JTL Advanced, you will receive email support via our ticket system with a guaranteed response time of three working days.
Yes, we take over the data transfer from an existing eCommerce website hosting for a one-time fee.
Yes, online shop hosting for JTL-Shop must be booked additionally for €29 per month per shop.
Yes, we are happy to carry out services such as KK orders, data transfers or DNS forwarding for you.
No, our hosted online store only contains one main domain. You have the fee-based option of integrating additional domains as aliases. If you need a subdomain, you can rent this web space from another service provider and point the DNS entry to our server.
Unfortunately, email addresses can only be set up with the main domain. However, we can set up a fee-based alias domain for you and implement email forwarding to your main domain. Unfortunately, an independent email function is not possible with alias domains.
Outgoing mail is limited to a maximum of 500 emails per hour. We are therefore unfortunately unable to recommend sending newsletters directly via our hosting server. We advise you to use an external provider for sending newsletters.
You will receive the access data from us by email after setting up your store hosting. If we have transferred a test store to a fee-based e-shop hosting for you, the data of the test store is still valid.
If your online store is growing and you want to offer more than 500 items, contact our sales team and we will help you switch to hosting the standard store.
