Fatih Yüce has been running his mail order business since 2001 – initially with Afterbuy and as a successful eBay power seller. In 2008, he became aware of JTL-Wawi and JTL-Connector and used them to significantly expand his sales.
We start with a sales outlet in Osnabrück. The trade in printer cartridges grows enormously in the early 2000s – the retail store is an important source of income. Online trading is concentrated primarily on our eBay store at the time. Other sales channels still play a subordinate role.
JTL-Wawi convinces us with a wide range of functions
In order to meet the growing competitive requirements and also to improve internal processes in order processing and shipping, a system change is unavoidable. We found what we were looking for in JTL-Wawi. The merchandise management system gives us more control and combines all business activities in one system.
The multitude of interfaces, connection options and modules gives us the feeling and security of being able to grow in a sustainable and self-determined way. Our in-house developer makes it possible for us to connect our Shopware store to JTL-Wawi at an early stage and also to make optimum use of the advantages in warehouse and shipping administration with JTL-Packtisch+.
Connection of a checkout system in the new flagship store
In fall 2018, we move into our new flagship store in the heart of Osnabrück. The connection of the POS software to JTL-Wawi enables us to work conveniently and clearly. And if there’s a problem with the merchandise management system, JTL Support & Service are on hand to help quickly and effectively. We are looking forward to the future and to expanding further with JTL’s software solutions.
