… is what we at JTL call the basic theme of the current version 1.3 of our ERP system JTL-Wawi.
For this release, our main focus was on revising and optimizing existing functions. The feature show is therefore deliberately smaller in this release – but of course it should not be missing. With JTL-Wawi 1.3, we have also adapted our release policy: A release candidate was already published in September. A stable version that has been tested in day-to-day business is now available for all those who want to be on the safe side with their software.
Payment reconciliation 2.0
With our last major release, JTL-Wawi 1.2, we introduced the payment module, which allows you to connect your HBCI and PayPal accounts directly to the payments section in JTL-Wawi. For JTL-Wawi 1.3, we have now optimized the convenience and functionality of the module.
Authorizations and automation for payment reconciliation
Encryption has been implemented so that employees or the JTL-Worker can also be used for payment reconciliation. This allows users to store encrypted access data in the database and grant access to selected users without them having to know the password.
Greater range of functions for chargebacks
Overpaid sales orders and invoices can now be transferred back in partial refunds with incoming payment. The “Cancellation with outgoing payment” function allows you to cancel sales orders that have already been paid for and make a return transfer in one step.

Test functions and purchase a license
Test the payment module free of charge for 30 days. You can easily start your test phase in the JTL-Customer Centre. Have you been convinced by the test? Then purchase your license for the payment module at a price of 149 € / year in the JTL-Store or as a subscription at a price of 14.99 € / month in the JTL-Customer Centre. Do you prefer the familiar CSV import? This function is still available free of charge.
New statistics management
Statistics are an important topic for companies. This also applies to online business. How well do which items sell? How many returns do I receive? Where am I making a profit and where am I making a loss? These and many other questions can be answered with the new statistics management in JTL-Wawi 1.3.
New evaluation options
Our completely revised statistics management offers you many new features, such as the evaluation of items with a sold quantity of 0. In addition, the selection “Top” / “Flop” can be made for each evaluation and the down payment of the items to be displayed can be determined individually.
Flexible settings, correct data evaluation
In the new statistics management, we have placed great emphasis on correct figures in the evaluations. The revised selection options also offer users more flexibility when designing the content of their evaluations. The new assignment of rights for statistics allows you to severely restrict the evaluation options for individual users.

JTL-Shipping (DE)
The range of JTL-Shipping functions is growing continuously. As of JTL-Wawi 1.3, we have integrated another shipping service provider, GLS. In addition, we now operate JTL-Shipping with a free license.
GLS interface new in the portfolio
As of JTL-Wawi 1.3, users of JTL-Shipping can also conveniently integrate the GLS shipping service provider into the ERP system.
Deutsche Post: New functions
Deutsche Post has launched several new services and products on the market in recent months. There has been particularly high demand for the “PRIO” shipment tracking service, which was implemented alongside the age verification service for books, goods and DVDs as well as for international book shipments.
New license regulation for JTL-Shipping
We have also introduced a free license for JTL-Shipping. Even during the pilot phase, this often led to the question of whether JTL-Shipping would soon cost anything. No! The license helps our support team to react much faster and more effectively. Thanks to the license, problems can be assigned easily and directly to the customer concerned. Our support staff can identify errors without having to go through the development department and, in many cases, correct them directly.
The license is mandatory from JTL-Wawi 1.3 for the operation of JTL-Shipping and can be booked free of charge in the JTL-Customer Centre.
Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime
Simplified setup for Seller Fulfilled Prime: As of JTL-Wawi 1.3, a sample invoice is no longer required. The setup in JTL-Wawi is possible directly after the activation of Seller Fulfilled Prime in Seller Central.
Only one shipping method required
As of JTL-Wawi 1.3, only one shipping method is required for Seller Fulfilled Prime. A maximum of five shipping methods are possible – so all DPD parcel sizes can also be mapped. More than 50 shipping methods for Amazon are a thing of the past.

The respective service level (Standard / Express / 1-Day Premium / 2-Day Premium) is transmitted to us by Amazon and automatically taken into account for your delivery via JTL-Wawi. The decision as to whether it is a national, international shipment (zone 1-3) or a delivery to Austria is made automatically on our server based on the respective recipient address.

New eBay design templates
As of version 1.3.13, JTL-Wawi contains two new, responsive design templates for eBay. The new templates JTL-Adept and JTL-Tyro take into account the extensive changes that the eBay marketplace has made this year. We also offer both templates as mini-versions, which, among other things, dispense with the image gallery and thus ensure shorter loading times for the listings.
Based on current eBay principles
In the new eBay design templates, there is only room for content that the marketplace allows for its listings. Active content and contact information can no longer be displayed in accordance with eBay’s specifications.

The clear and friendly design templates can be customized in simple steps. This means that even less technically experienced sellers can create attractive eBay listings – without having to hire an agency.
