… based on customer requests and a fundamental optimization of existing functions:
These are the guiding principles of JTL-Wawi 1.2. New to the service portfolio are customer-specific prices, stock reservation according to the “First In – First Out” principle, direct payment reconciliation with HBCI and PayPal accounts and the integration of Amazon Business. Two core areas of ERP have undergone a comprehensive overhaul: Item management scores with improved usability, while marketplace management brings online retailers better performance with large amounts of data.
Customized prices
In a crossover project between our JTL-Wawi and JTL-Shop development teams, we have implemented one of the most popular feature requests from our feedback page: customized prices.
More leeway in pricing
With customer-specific prices, online retailers have the option of assigning individual prices per customer to each item. Individual graduated prices are also possible. Prices negotiated with a customer are recorded centrally in JTL-Wawi and displayed to the customer after logging into the shop. The customer always sees his individual prices – an advantage for the customer relationship.

Direct payment reconciliation
This feature was also high on our customers’ wish list: Direct payment reconciliation allows merchants from JTL-Wawi 1.2 onwards to connect their HBCI accounts and PayPal accounts directly to the new Payments section in JTL-Wawi.
More convenience, faster processes
With direct payment reconciliation, merchants can access their German bank accounts to receive and send payments directly in JTL-Wawi. In this way, they receive up-to-date information about their finances in JTL-Wawi at all times and can, for example, download sales or assign payments to the associated customer orders. The buyer benefits, among other things, from directly transferred refunds for returns or faster shipping due to prompt receipt of payment.
Test functions and purchase a license
Test the payment module free of charge for 30 days. You can easily start your test phase in the JTL-Customer Centre. Have you been convinced by the test? Then purchase your license for the payment module for €149 in the JTL-Store. The license is valid for 12 months. Would you prefer to stick with the usual CSV import? No problem, this function remains free of charge.
Stock reservation after receipt of order
First come, first served: From JTL-Wawi 1.2, retailers can ship their stock according to the “First In – First Out” (FIFO) principle. This is because our new function for reserving stock ensures that the customer who ordered first is delivered first – regardless of whether payment has been received.
Save time with overselling
Stock reservation after order receipt is particularly attractive for retailers who work a lot with oversales. Instead of manually checking which customer is entitled to the last available item, JTL-Wawi now regulates the allocation of goods completely automatically. Retailers who want to allocate goods based on more than just the time of order creation can also assign priorities to sales orders. This means that the more important priority takes precedence. Stock reservation is deliberately integrated as an option in JTL-Wawi: Merchants who run their business strictly according to the “first to pay, first to receive” rule can do so unchanged.
New item management
For many users, item management is the heart of JTL-Wawi. We have therefore carefully revised and fundamentally modernized this core area of our software.
Improved usability and more editing options
Usability was at the center of the revision of item management. Our development team has created new options for viewing and editing various item data without having to go through the item details. There is a further advantage for customers with large amounts of data: Items are now loaded on-the-fly. This significantly shortens the loading process for a large number of items and JTL-Wawi is ready for use again more quickly.
New filter functions
The Advanced search also shines in new splendour: Not only has the search process been modernized – we have also added a brand new save function. Selected filters can now be conveniently reused. Simply filter by individual properties such as manufacturer, profit or storage type, and link additional conditions such as “less than”, “at least” or “same size”. For all those who do not need individual filter options, we have also predefined a selection of common filters in JTL-Wawi.

Marketplace management 2.0
The bigger and more successful our customers become, the more functions and better performance they need. We have therefore technically revised the marketplace management in JTL-Wawi 1.2, increased its speed and made it fit for the future.
Good performance
Very large volumes of listings have a strong impact on the speed of creation of listings and listing management. Many customers therefore wanted a system that would allow them to maintain their listings quickly and agilely when dealing with large volumes of offers. We made the changes to the marketplace administration almost exclusively in the background. The user interface of the system remained largely untouched. All changes take effect automatically with the update to JTL-Wawi 1.2. No further settings are necessary.

Amazon Business
Amazon has launched its new Amazon Business seller program in Germany. As a result, the marketplace offers participants access to sales tools that are specifically geared towards business customers. As of JTL-Wawi 1.2, Amazon Business can be conveniently integrated into our ERP system.

Simple integration in JTL-Wawi: how it works
JTL-Shipping: New DHL interface & error labels
Age verification, returns of enclosures and much more: Our logistics provider connection JTL-Shipping maps additional, long-awaited functions from DHL from JTL-Wawi 1.2. In addition, it is now possible for all logistics providers to generate error labels with JTL-Shipping in the event of an error.
New DHL interface
Shipping and returns labels for DHL can now be printed via the powerful new DHL Shipping 2.0 interface. The previous DHL Intraship interface will initially continue to operate in parallel. In order to use the extended scope of services, integration of the new interface is required.
Print error labels
JTL-Shipping also has a practical new function up its sleeve for all logistics providers. If the logistics provider reports an error during data transmission, it is possible from JTL-Wawi 1.2 to print an error label with JTL-Shipping. The error message and the sales order ID are printed on the label. The warehouse employee simply sticks the label on the package and can continue working immediately. Faulty sales orders can thus be processed later in the block – without interrupting the workflow again and again.
