Orders from your JTL-Shop or POS are free. For orders via Shopify, Shopware 6, or marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, you select an order package. Once your quota is used up, you only pay a small fee for each additional order. Pricing details can be found in the feature table under "Multichannel."

Change of Editions & Services

The new pricing and package structure will apply to all JTL customers from April 1st, 2026.

Contracts concluded shortly before April 1, 2026 will also automatically switch to the new structure from that date.

The existing JTL Start edition remains free. However, the following changes have been made:

The use of the JTL-Wawi app will be limited and will no longer be included in JTL Start. Customers with an active app license will be assigned to JTL Advanced according to their usage.
JTL Start no longer includes local JTL connectors for WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and other third-party shops. The edition for customers with existing shop integrations will be automatically adjusted to match the performance level used. SaaS integrations with Shopify and Shopware 6 are not affected.
Advanced shipping features will be reserved for higher editions in the future (JTL-ShippingLabels, shipping data export via CSV). Existing customers can continue to use these features as usual during a transition period, likely until at least June 30, 2026. Alternatively, JTL-Shipping will be available in all editions in the future and will allow connections to all common shipping providers. JTL-Wawi version 2.0 or later is required for use.

The existing JTL Advanced edition will remain available. The change only affects the number of Packtisch+ users:

Licenses for JTL-Packtisch+ are limited to 3 users. The edition for customers with more than 3 active Packtisch+ users will be automatically adjusted to match the usage.

The existing JTL Pro edition will remain available. However, the following changes have been made:

Licenses for JTL-Packtisch+ are limited to 7 users. Exceeding this limit will not result in an automatic adjustment – switching to JTL Enterprise is done individually.

The existing JTL Enterprise edition will remain available and there will be no changes as part of the transition.

Going forward, each connection between JTL-POS and JTL-Wawi will be charged at €29 per connection, regardless of the edition. The maximum number of POS connections per edition remains unchanged.

JTL-POS as a stand-alone solution (i.e., without using JTL-Wawi) will also be priced at €29 per license in the future.

Retailers can continue to download the JTL POS app free of charge from the Google Play Store and test it for 14 days. After the trial period, a customer center account is required to continue using the POS app. Purchasing a JTL edition is not necessary.

In the future, JTL-Shipping will offer you an integrated shipping and tracking platform directly within JTL.

This means that all editions offer new and improved shipping functionalities without additional license fees. Furthermore, as a JTL customer, you can obtain shipping labels at special rates directly through JTL, without having to negotiate individual framework agreements with your logistics provider. The exact shipping conditions will be transparently available in the JTL-Shipping interface after the official launch.

JTL2DATEV JTL Edition is the DATEV interface included in the paid JTL editions. It replaces the previous accounting export in JTL-Wawi via the "Invoice Data Service 2.0", as this DATEV function has been discontinued.

The scope of services corresponds to the previous scope of functions and includes in particular:

Transfer of proceeds to DATEV
Accounting for OSS and PAN-EU sales
Transfer of bookings directly to the DATEV data center via the DATEV booking data service
Optional transfer of receipt images including linking to the respective booking

What is the difference to JTL2DATEV FLOW?

JTL2DATEV FLOW is the extended, paid version with a significantly larger range of features. In addition to the functions mentioned above, FLOW offers, among other things:

Payment reconciliation for marketplaces and payment services
Booking of cost centers
Advanced evaluations
Intrastat declarations

Is there a limitation with JTL2DATEV JTL-Edition?

There is no limit to the number of orders. The use of the JTL2DATEV JTL Edition is not limited by either JTL or JERA based on volume. Even with 20,000 or more orders, no additional costs are incurred for the JTL2DATEV JTL Edition.

How can JTL-Start users transfer their accounting data to DATEV?

The JTL2DATEV JTL edition is not included in the JTL Start edition. JTL Start users have two options:

Using the JTL-Ameise for exporting booking data
Booking a paid JTL2DATEV FLOW plan with extended functionality

JTL2DATEV FLOW is required if a direct, automated transfer to the DATEV data center and extended functions (e.g., payment reconciliations or Intrastat reports) are needed.

No, the migration is automated and will not interrupt your ongoing operations. Your data, settings, and customizations will be fully preserved. You don't need to take any technical steps.

In the "Affected System" section, under "Product Families," select "JTL Customer Account," and then under "Component," select "Questions about the Tariff Editions." This ensures that your request is forwarded directly to the appropriate team members. They will then contact you.

New pricing structure & contract terms

Our price adjustments reflect increased operating and development costs, as well as additional features that will be included as standard in future editions. The prices are based on a market analysis that considers functionality, scalability, and total cost of ownership. The goal is a transparent pricing structure with clearly calculable total costs.

No, we are introducing annual contracts for the JTL and WMS editions as an additional pricing option. They are not mandatory and do not replace existing monthly subscriptions. With the new annual contracts, we want to offer our customers a predictable alternative with a reduced monthly price, without sacrificing flexibility.

We will offer packages with annual terms starting April 1, 2026. You can switch to an annual contract yourself in the JTL customer center starting March 15, 2026; the contract term will then begin on April 1, 2026.

Upgrades are still possible. You can upgrade to a higher-value edition with a one-year contract at any time. A new 12-month contract term begins at the time of the upgrade.

Upgrading to a higher-value edition with a monthly term during an existing annual contract is not possible. Downgrades are also only possible at the end of the current annual contract term.

Yes, the JTL editions and WMS editions can each be booked with a monthly or annual subscription and combined flexibly.

Yes, the cancellation period for monthly subscriptions remains 14 days before the end of the month. For annual subscriptions, the cancellation period is 6 weeks before the end of the term.

All information about your current contracts and licenses can be viewed at any time in the JTL customer center.

You can perform downgrades and upgrades to other editions at any time in the JTL customer center.

Sales channels & order packages

The integration of ninepoint provides a large number of additional ready-made marketplace interfaces directly in JTL-Wawi – seamless, stable and ready to use with just a few clicks.

The ninepoint interfaces will now be included in all JTL editions and can be used without separate license fees. You will only pay for transactions within the JTL order packages.

Yes, the order packages will remain active as long as they are used within the booked volume. We are also introducing further tiers for the order packages to enable even more granular billing.

No, order packages can still only be booked with monthly billing.

License adjustment

A license adjustment will be made if features are used that are not included in the scope of services of your current edition as of April 1, 2026.

You will receive an offer in the JTL customer center based on your actual usage of features. If you continue using the service or pay the invoice, the offer is considered accepted. Active consent is not required. Alternatively, you can adjust the scope of your features.

Yes. The license adjustment ensures that your currently used functionality remains covered. Additionally, in most editions you benefit from new and improved features.

Yes. In this case, the use of the affected functions will end when your current contract expires.
