Get advice on our software solutions by phone or email. Our sales team will then contact you at the specified time. The telephone callback service is available Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

As a merchant, you can have a test store set up immediately – all you need to do is register with JTL. You can then simply integrate the shop into your locally installed JTL-Wawi(Download JTL-Wawi) and put it through its paces for a period of 30 days.

In our JTL forum you can get help from employees, service partners and experienced customers. If you only use free products from JTL without support, then you can report faults, errors and operating questions here; they can often be helped quickly.

If you have booked a fee-based edition of JTL, you can report errors and malfunctions via a ticket in the JTL-Customer Centre. We will contact you according to your support level.

Questions about invoices

You can view your current contracts with JTL on the start page of our JTL-Customer Centre service portal. Under the heading My services you can quickly jump to the respective product management via quick links. You can find your support contracts in the same way under My Support.

Change edition? Cancel product?

Editions, order packages and hosting have a tariff at JTL. You can initiate a tariff change in the JTL-Customer Centre:

Order packages for marketplace connections and connectors (Shopify & Shopware 6)

It is not sufficient to cancel only the order packages. Please cancel the marketplace or store connection itself beforehand. The termination date should be the same so that no further costs are incurred.

Hosting

Some software Applications and their extensions include a license with JTL. Licenses have a fixed price and are not changed like tariffs. Instead: If necessary, cancel your current license and then book a new license of your choice.
