Among other things, they will provide comprehensive insights into the trends and technologies of tomorrow’s retail.

First session: From JTL-Wawi installation to API integration
The first session starts at 12:30 p.m., where you can choose one of five workshops on different topics. Manuel Mälzner, Training Manager at JTL, will lead the first part of the new sellers’ workshop on the installation and basic settings of JTL-Wawi. At the same time, Marco Stickel from JTL-Shop Development will reveal what accessibility means in the digital space and why it is important for a modern online shop.
Manuel Pietzsch, Product Owner JTL-Wawi, has the top features of JTL-WMS as well as automation and connection options in his program. Or you can immerse yourself in the exciting world of the JTL-Wawi API: Pawel Kesik from our partner management team will tell you about the current development status of the open interface for the integration of external systems and show you live on site how you can already use the API today.

After the first workshop, you deserve a relaxed networking break to make contacts and exchange ideas. Of course, there will also be plenty of refreshments. All drinks and snacks are included in the JTL Academy Day.
Second session: Optimizing Amazon VCS and strengthening customer service
Freshly fortified, it’s off to the second session at 2:30 pm. Once again, you will be spoiled for choice between different topics related to eCommerce and the JTL ecosystem. In the second part of his workshop for new sellers, Manuel Mälzner builds on what he has learned and now focuses on switching from other ERP or store systems to JTL. Sebastian Bertho, developer for JTL-Wawi, presents the revised integration of the Amazon Value Added Tax Calculation Service (VCS) in his workshop and explains how you can get the most out of the system.
If you have not yet sold with JTL-Shop but would like to change this, Falk Prüfer’s workshop is the right place for you. From installation and the back end to the finer points of settings and extensions, the store development expert explains what is necessary for a successful start with our store system.
Emilio Matthaei, Co-CEO of countX, takes you through the tax challenges posed by multichannel solutions. Here you will learn how to set up automated processes and what risks you need to be aware of with regard to your VAT.

Is there still room for improvement in your customer service? Then you shouldn’t miss these 90 minutes: Sascha Lammers from GREYHOUND sets up a professional ticket system live, with which a team of several people can operate efficient customer service with integration to JTL.

Third session: Craft & tricky questions
In the third and final session, starting at 4 pm, you will have another opportunity to delve deep into the world of JTL products and ask whatever is on your mind: Manuel Pietzsch and Manuel Mälzner will answer your questions and present sophisticated solutions in JTL-Wawi live.
In the workshop by Dominic Nelle, Product Owner of the JTL-eazyAuction marketplace connection, you will learn first-hand how to take your marketplace trading on Otto.de and Kaufland Global Maketplace to the next level. JTL designer Maximilian Lemmen shares his expertise on brand presence and corporate design in the online store. For retailers who produce or refine their own products, our JTL Plan&Produce specialists Marc Völker and Gesa Büttner present the important features of the production module and reveal what is currently being worked on behind the scenes. Stefan Fabisch, Product Owner of JTL-POS, will round off the day with a presentation on the functional depth of JTL-POS and give practical tips for using the POS in day-to-day business.
