Bei JTL übernimmst du als Software Architekt (w/m/d) eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP-Systemlandschaft – vom gewachsenen Monolithen bis hin zu modernen, cloud-nativen Architekturen. Dabei kombinierst du technisches Tiefenwissen mit strategischem Weitblick und hilfst unseren Teams, nachhaltige, skalierbare und wartbare Systeme zu schaffen.

Du willst People Operations nicht nur „betreuen“, sondern strukturell mitgestalten? In dieser Rolle ergänzt Du unser bestehendes Team und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen eine skalierbare People-Operations-Struktur für eine wachsende Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren Gesellschaften. Du bringst klare Prozesse, saubere Standards und rechtssichere Rahmenbedingungen zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass unser HR-System, unsere Verträge und unsere Arbeitsweisen auch bei Internationalisierung und Unternehmenszukäufen zuverlässig funktionieren. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Führungskräften und anderen Stakeholdern zusammen und bringst Themen pragmatisch und verbindlich in die Umsetzung.

Als Event Marketing Manager bei JTL gestaltest Du Events, die wirklich etwas bewegen – für unsere Pipeline und unsere Community.
Du planst und steuerst Veranstaltungen entlang unserer Vertriebsziele: vom strukturierten Lead-Capture über einen nahtlosen CRM-Follow-up-Prozess bis hin zu messbaren Ergebnissen in qualifizierten Kontakten, Conversion Rates und Pipeline-Beitrag.
Gleichzeitig bist Du das Herzstück unserer Community: Du bringst Partner, Händler und Dienstleister zusammen – bei regionalen Stammtischen ebenso wie auf der JTL-PartnerConvention – und positionierst JTL als Mittelpunkt eines lebendigen Ökosystems.

Als Lead Product Marketing Manager bei JTL übernimmst du eine übergeordnete Rolle für unser wachsendes Produktportfolio. Du berichtest direkt an den Head of Growth Marketing und übernimmst die fachliche Führung eines kleinen Teams. Du verantwortest die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Produktkommunikation und sorgst gleichzeitig dafür, dass sie operativ wirksam umgesetzt wird. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Produkt, Vertrieb, Support und Marketing. Du denkst nicht in Einzelprodukten, sondern im JTL-Ökosystem – und entwickelst Positionierungen, die das Zusammenspiel unserer Lösungen entlang der Customer Journey sichtbar machen. Dabei entwickelst du klare Positionierungen, definierst Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lösungen überzeugend kommuniziert werden. Neben der strategischen Verantwortung bist du hands-on in der Umsetzung: Du planst Kampagnen, entwickelst Inhalte und setzt zentrale Maßnahmen selbst um.

As a Cloud Administrator at JTL, you are responsible for the stable, secure, and scalable operation of our cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. You ensure that cloud resources are provisioned, monitored, and continuously evolved in a standardized, reliable, and efficient manner. As a Cloud Architect at JTL, you shape the strategic direction and further development of our cloud architecture with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. You design scalable, secure, resilient, and economically sustainable cloud platforms that form the backbone of our products, platforms, and internal systems. In e-commerce, this means architecture under real extreme conditions: massive load peaks during Black Friday and the Christmas season, the highest requirements for availability and security of sensitive customer and merchant data, and the seamless integration of numerous first- and third-party systems such as payment, shipping, marketplaces, and warehouse logistics. At the same time, you lay the architectural foundation for the e-commerce of tomorrow in an increasingly AI-driven world. In close collaboration with software development, DevOps, security, and IT operations, you define target architectures, migration paths, and binding architecture standards. You combine deep cloud and infrastructure expertise with architectural thinking, automation, and operational reality. Within the JTL Group, you work together with other experts to build and continuously evolve a central cloud platform. But it needs the right person to architect the systems behind it — someone who can build in Salesforce, think in terms of revenue funnels, and bring an automation-first mindset to everything they touch. This role is within our Revenue Operations team. You’ll own the Salesforce org as your primary execution layer while progressively shaping how the entire GTM machine runs — from data architecture and process design to tooling strategy and funnel analytics.
