JTL übernimmt FFN Connect und erweitert das JTL-Fulfillment Network um neue Anbindungsmöglichkeiten
Hückelhoven, 13. Oktober 2025 – Die JTL-Software-GmbH hat die FFN Connect GmbH übernommen und damit einen wichtigen Schritt hin zu einem offeneren Fulfillment-Ökosystems im E-Commerce getan. Durch die Integration der FFN-Connect-Lösung in das JTL-Fulfillment Network können Fulfillment-Dienstleister im Netzwerk künftig auch Onlinehändler anbinden, die keine JTL-Produkte wie JTL-Wawi nutzen. Was vorher mit manuellem Aufwand verbunden war, lässt sich nun reibungslos umsetzen.
Mit FFN Connect erweitert JTL sein Fulfillment-Portfolio über die eigene Produktwelt hinaus. Die SaaS-Lösung verbindet Händler und Fulfillment-Dienstleister über eine zentrale Plattform, die Produktdaten, Bestellungen, Lagerbestände und Retouren in Echtzeit synchronisiert, automatisches Order-Splitting ermöglicht und eine transparente Nachverfolgung von Sendungen bietet.
Vorteile für Fulfillment-Dienstleister und Händler
Für Fulfillment-Dienstleister eröffnet die Integration von FFN Connect die Möglichkeit, deutlich mehr Händler digital und ohne Integrationsaufwand anzubinden. Über die Plattform ist es nicht nur möglich, Fulfillment-Services von der Auftragsabwicklung bis zur Retourenverwaltung zentral anzubieten, sondern auch eigene Händlerkonten anzulegen und zu verwalten. Besonders spannend ist dabei die integrierte White-Label-Funktion. Damit können Dienstleister ihren Kunden ein eigenes, individuell gebrandetes Portal bieten. Außerdem lassen sich über FFN Connect individuelle Regeln für Bestellungen definieren, sodass sich viele Prozesse vollständig automatisieren lassen.
Auch Händler profitieren von der Übernahme: Sie erhalten einfachen Zugang zum umfassenden Netzwerk zertifizierter JTL-Fulfillment-Dienstleister, ohne dass sie JTL als ERP-System nutzen müssen. Über FFN Connect steuern sie ihre Fulfillment-Prozesse und die Kommunikation mit ihrem Dienstleister zentral, digital und in Echtzeit. JTL acquires FFN Connect and expands the JTL fulfillment network with new connection options
Hückelhoven, 13th October 2025 – JTL-Software-GmbH has acquired FFN Connect GmbH, taking an important step toward a more open fulfillment ecosystem in e-commerce. By integrating the FFN Connect solution into the JTL Fulfillment Network, fulfillment service providers in the network will also be able to connect online retailers who do not use JTL products such as JTL-Wawi. What previously required manual effort can now be implemented smoothly.
With FFN Connect, JTL is expanding its fulfillment portfolio beyond its own product range. The SaaS solution connects retailers and fulfillment service providers via a central platform that synchronizes product data, orders, stock levels, and returns in real time, enables automatic order splitting, and offers transparent shipment tracking.
Benefits for fulfillment service providers and retailers
For fulfillment service providers, the integration of FFN Connect opens up the possibility of connecting significantly more retailers digitally and without integration effort. The platform not only makes it possible to offer fulfillment services centrally, from order processing to returns management, but also to create and manage your own retailer accounts. The integrated white label function is particularly exciting. It allows service providers to offer their customers their own individually branded portal. In addition, FFN Connect can be used to define individual rules for orders, allowing many processes to be fully automated.
