Rafael Regh wird CTO bei JTL-Software
JTL verstärkt technologische Führung und beschleunigt Cloud- & KI-Strategie.
Hückelhoven, 16. Juli 2025 – Die JTL-Software-GmbH (JTL) freut sich, die Ernennung von Rafael Regh zum Chief Technology Officer (CTO) bekannt zu geben. Bereits in den vergangenen Monaten hat Regh – als Geschäftsführer des auf Cloud-Transformation spezialisierten Beratungshauses Coduct Solutions GmbH – eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der neuen Cloud-Strategie von JTL gespielt. Als Experte unterstützte er dabei, die technologische Basis für die JTL-Cloud zu schaffen und den Wandel hin zu einer zukunftsorientierten Systemlandschaft umzusetzen. In seiner neuen Rolle wird Regh die technologische Architektur und Umsetzung aller Softwareprodukte verantworten – mit klarem Fokus auf Cloud-Infrastruktur, AI-Readiness und Plattformskalierung.
Der erfahrene Tech-Unternehmer bringt umfangreiche Expertise in den Bereichen Softwarearchitektur, digitale Transformation und skalierbare Plattformlösungen mit. Zuletzt war Regh, neben seiner Rolle als Geschäftsführer von Coduct Solutions, auch CTO des KI‑getriebenen PIM-Anbieters Ainavio sowie Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der CODE LEAP AG. Beide Unternehmen gehören ebenfalls zur rund 100 Mitarbeitenden starken Coduct Gruppe. Seine Karriere führte ihn zuvor unter anderem zu Microsoft sowie in internationale Projekte in Asien, den USA und Europa.

Rafael Regh Appointed CTO at JTL-Software
JTL strengthens technological leadership and accelerates its cloud- and AI-strategy.
Hückelhoven, 16 July 2025 – JTL-Software-GmbH (JTL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rafael Regh as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Over the past months, Regh – in his role as Managing Director of Coduct Solutions GmbH, a consultancy specializing in cloud transformation – has already played a key role in shaping and implementing JTL’s new cloud strategy. As an expert advisor, he helped lay the technological foundation for the JTL-Cloud and supported the transition towards a future-ready system architecture. In his new role, Regh will be responsible for the technological architecture and implementation of all software products – with a clear focus on cloud infrastructure, AI readiness, and platform scalability.
The seasoned tech entrepreneur brings extensive expertise in software architecture, digital transformation, and scalable platform solutions. Most recently, in addition to his role at Coduct Solutions, Regh served as CTO of the AI-driven PIM provider Ainavio and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CODE LEAP AG. Both companies are part of the Coduct Group, which employs around 100 people. Earlier in his career, Regh held positions at Microsoft and contributed to international projects across Asia, the USA, and Europe.
